Terms of use.

These terms cover patrickfoundry.com and the products Patrick Foundry LLC (“Patrick Foundry,” “we”) sells. By using the site or buying a product you agree to them. Bid Alerts has its own terms of service and data disclaimer, which control for that service.

Who we are.

Patrick Foundry LLC, a Florida limited liability company, 6625 Argyle Forest Blvd, Ste 4 #1029, Jacksonville, FL 32244. Email hello@patrickfoundry.com.

Where you buy.

Most products are sold and delivered through other companies: digital guides on Etsy, Field Office kits on Payhip, the printed New Foreman Starter Kit on Lulu, apparel on Printify, and Bid Alerts subscriptions through PayPal. Their checkout terms and policies also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

Digital products and licenses.

Guides, workbooks, forms and templates are for your own use (for Field Office kits, use within one business, as described on each kit). Please don’t resell, share publicly or republish the files. Templates and guides are planning and documentation tools, not legal, accounting, safety or contract advice. Your contract, your company’s procedures and the law control.

AI assistance.

Some guides and kit materials are drafted with AI assistance and reviewed by Patrick Foundry. We say so on the product pages.

AI Gap Map.

The AI Gap Map is a paid written report built from your answers to the form on our AI consulting page. You choose the Standard report ($97) or the Thorough report ($149) before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.

  • What each report includes. Standard: a prioritized list of opportunities, a recommended first workflow, suitable tool options, estimated monthly subscription costs, limitations and next steps. Thorough: everything in Standard, plus a detailed workflow map, implementation dependencies, a comparison of the options and a phased plan.
  • How it’s prepared. Every Gap Map is AI analyzed and reviewed by a person before delivering. See our privacy policy for the services that process your answers.
  • What it is and isn’t. The report is based on the answers you give us. It is not a full operational, security, accounting or legal audit, and it is not legal, tax, accounting, financial or IT-security advice. Cost and effort figures are estimates based on stated assumptions and public pricing at the time; they are not quotes or guarantees, and providers can change prices.
  • Any recommendation is possible. Your report may recommend tools you already have, a process change, or no package at all. You don’t have to buy anything else.
  • Delivery. We email your Gap Map within 5 business days after we receive both your payment and your completed form. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Cancellation and refunds. If we haven’t started your report, ask and we’ll refund it in full. If you ask to cancel after we’ve started, we’ll still deliver your report, and the 5-business-day refund still applies. If we don’t deliver your report within 5 business days after we receive your payment and completed form, you can ask for a full refund. Once your report is delivered, it isn’t refundable, with one exception: if it’s missing what your tier includes, or is based on the wrong business or clearly misreads your answers, tell us within 14 days after delivery and we’ll correct it within 5 business days, or refund you in full if we can’t. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under law. Details: refund policy.
  • Credit toward a package. The full amount you paid for your Gap Map ($97 or $149) is credited toward a Patrick Foundry package if you book a package or join our implementation waitlist within 30 days after your report is delivered. On the waitlist, your credit is kept while you wait. When a spot opens, we’ll offer it to you in writing, and you’ll have 14 days to accept it and use your credit. If you decline or don’t respond within those 14 days, the credit ends, unless you ask us within that time to hold it for the next opening. The credit applies once per Gap Map, only for the business that bought it, toward the first implementation payment, and has no cash value. Before any implementation payment, we confirm the workflow is suitable and you approve a written project scope; if we conclude no package is suitable, we’ll tell you and you owe nothing further.
  • Accurate information. Your report is only as good as your answers. Please give accurate information and tell us if something changes.
  • Don’t send sensitive data. Don’t put passwords, sign-in codes, full card or bank numbers, Social Security numbers, health information, payroll figures or employee or customer personal records in the form or in email. We’ll never ask for them that way.
  • You decide. You decide whether to act on anything in your report. Third-party tools are bought by you, at your cost, under the provider’s terms.
  • Law and venue. Governed by Florida law, with venue in Duval County, Florida, as described below.

Implementation packages and maintenance.

Starter, Growth and Custom packages and maintenance plans are offered through a waitlist and are provided only under a separate written agreement and project scope, which control those services. Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for either side.

Site content.

Text, images, logos and designs on this site belong to Patrick Foundry LLC or are used with permission. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we don’t control those sites.

Limitation of liability and disclaimer.

What we do promise. We’ll provide what we describe, with reasonable care and skill. For the AI Gap Map, that means a report containing what your tier includes, prepared from your answers, reviewed by a person, and delivered on the schedule above, with the correction and refund remedies above.

Disclaimer. Apart from those promises and any others in writing, the site, our products and the AI Gap Map are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t promise any business result, such as more calls, leads, revenue or hours saved.

AI can make mistakes. AI-assisted analysis, including the Gap Map, can contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information, even after review. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Third-party tools. We don’t control third-party tools, their availability, security, features or prices.

No indirect damages. To the extent the law allows, neither you nor Patrick Foundry LLC is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

Cap. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or service is limited to the amount you paid Patrick Foundry for it (for the Gap Map, the report fee). Amounts you pay to third-party providers aren’t counted.

What these limits don’t do. These limits don’t remove our responsibility to deliver what we promised or to give the refunds and corrections described in these terms and our refund policy. They don’t limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited, and they don’t take away rights you have under consumer-protection or other laws that can’t be waived. Some places don’t allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Talk to us first. If something goes wrong, use our contact form, reply to any email from us, and we’ll try to fix it. Florida law governs, and disputes go to the state courts in Duval County, Florida (small-claims cases may go to small-claims court there).
