How we test and hand over

Before we build

  • Suitability first. We confirm the tools you use support the access and connections the workflow needs. If they don’t, we tell you before you pay for implementation.
  • A written scope. One workflow, written down: what starts it, what should happen, what’s not included, and the tests that show it works. You approve it.
  • Access you control. You invite us as a user or approve an app connection. We never ask for passwords, card numbers or sign-in codes by email. Sign-in codes stay on your phone.

How we test

  • Test cases from your real day. For example: a normal inquiry, an after-hours inquiry, one with missing details, an urgent one, and what happens if a notification fails.
  • Test data, not live customers, until you approve going live.
  • We fix what doesn’t match the scope and re-run the test.
  • You run the tests with us before you accept. Each one is marked pass or fail on a checklist you sign.

What you get at handoff

  • A one-page how-to: what it does, what to check, what to do if it stops.
  • A setup list: every tool, its plan, who owns the account (you), and its monthly cost.
  • For Growth and Custom: a map of how the tools connect.
  • An "if it breaks" sheet: how to switch the automation off and fall back (for example, forwarding calls to your cell), and where to get provider support.

Access after handoff

  • No maintenance: we remove our access and confirm in writing, system by system.
  • With maintenance: we keep only the limited access you authorize in writing for maintenance, and remove it when the plan ends.

After handoff

  • Starter: a check about a week later. Growth and Custom: a 30-day check-in.
  • If something we configured doesn’t do what the scope says during the short window after acceptance in your agreement, we fix it at no charge.
  • AI tools can make mistakes and providers change things. Please check the workflow’s results, especially in the first weeks.
